Tribute Gifts

Tribute gifts are a meaningful way to honor a friend or loved one. Many people use tribute gifts to honor patients, families, doctors, or nurses. Others use tribute gifts to celebrate special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, holidays, bar/bat mitzvahs, or any other joyful event.

When we receive your tribute gift, a special notification will be sent to the individual or family, without revealing the amount donated. You will receive a letter thanking you for your meaningful tribute.

Legacy Giving

Legacy Giving is a powerful way to make a gift “today” without even writing a check. If you have included us in your estate plans or are considering it, we cannot thank you enough. Many breakthroughs in medicine and research are made possible by charitable donations, including Legacy Gifts.

Caregiver Giving – Mission Makers

As a caregiver at Providence Saint John’s Health Center, you are our heart and soul. Every day, you provide compassionate care and loving strength to all who come to the campus of Saint John’s.

The Caregiver Giving Campaign is an annual fundraising effort to strengthen our collective impact through donations to the Saint John’s Health Center Foundation. It is an opportunity for caregivers to become Mission Makers with a personal, meaningful gift in support of programs and services at Saint John’s that may otherwise lack funding.

Together, Mission Maker gifts make a statement that we are committed to seeing Saint John’s succeed in offering world-class health care and leading the most innovative, cutting-edge medical research.

Join your fellow caregivers. Make your impact on Saint John’s. Become a Mission Maker today!

There are three easy ways to become a Mission Maker:

  1. Create an automatic payroll donation, starting at just $5 per pay period. This contribution is ongoing and will continue until you notify the Foundation to stop or change the amount. If you are already a Mission Maker and would like to increase or change your donation, please contact Andrew Chait, Director of Annual Giving, at 310-582-7102.
  2. Donate using a credit card. This can be a one-time or a monthly donation – you choose.
  3. Donate via cash, check or credit card during the annual Caregiver Giving Campaign in September. For more information, contact Andrew Chait, Director of Annual Giving, at 310-582-7102.
