LA Wildfires Update

Our hearts go out to everyone caught up in the unprecedented wildfires sweeping through Los Angeles County, particularly the families and neighbors in our community. We cannot begin to imagine what you are going through, but please know that we are there for you. Our top priority remains everyone’s safety. 

Providence Saint John’s Health Center remains open and thanks to several measures taken, the air quality in the Health Center is well above the standards, so our patients and their families can rest assured. That said, if you have upcoming appointments, you are encouraged to reconfirm before coming to Saint John’s. 

To help support Saint John’s caregivers and friends affected in our community, Saint John’s Health Center Foundation has created a Wildfire Relief Fund. 

We will continue to share resources as they become available. In the meantime, we ask that you join us in praying for those affected by the Los Angeles County wildfires, the firefighters and first responders, and Saint John’s frontline caregivers and physicians.

New Disaster Relief Pulmonary Clinic

In response to the devastating wildfires currently impacting Los Angeles, Providence Saint John’s Health Center is proud to announce the opening of a new Disaster Relief Pulmonary Clinic.

The goal is to provide immediate, critical respiratory care to those affected and to also provide information on how to safely protect yourself from smoke exposure and participate in clean-up efforts. 

We encourage anyone experiencing respiratory symptoms such as coughing, wheezing, shortness of breath or chest tightness to call the clinic for assessment and treatment.
